Two packages for V-Net
• Pay as you go package, activated by default for all type of subscribers.
This package is rated per Kbyte, 1 fils per Kbyte
• Unlimited package, this package is for XKD/month Service Activation
Service is activated through the following channels:
•Send “ON” by SMS to 255
•Dial 102 and follow the voice prompts from any VIVA number free of charge
•Log on to VIVA website,
www.viva.com.kw and activate the package from Service Properties
Service cancellation
•To stop the service, customer have to call our customer care agents on [102] free of charge (stoppage during the cycle is discussed in the section above)
•Visit our POS and ask to stop the service
•Assess the reasons behind this decision, try to improve what is dissatisfying to decrease diminishing returns ( what does this mean)
ما عليه .. اذا 27 دينار انا اول واحد اروحلهم هذا اذا زين خلت السعر 28 ..!!
،، زين وفيفا سيطرحون نفس العرض ويوجد أيظا لزين 7.2 النتيجة = منافسه حقيقه وخدمات أكثر وعروض أكثر وضغط أقل للشبكتين ودعم فني متواصل بدون مشاكل وإصلاح الأعطال سريعا وأحتمال أيظا تكلفه أقل وذكرت هذا بالسابق وسيحدث لو كانت فيفا جاده مثل زين .
