لاأتوقع تقسيم عكسي لأن الشركة بين فترة وفترة تحول بعض أسهمها إلى التقاعد وترجعها للخزينة الامريكية وذلك حتى ترفع من قيمة السهم ....
والله أعلم ....

للاجابة على سؤالك يا أخي يجب الأخذ في الحسبان أولا وأخيرا بأن الشركة لم تدخل مرحلة الانتاج بعد وأعتقد بأنها بعيدة عن هذه المرحلة الآن......
جميع ما تملكة الشركة الآن هو أرض وبعض معدات الحفر لاستخراج عينات فقط وليس استخراج الألماس والمعادن المصاحبة وبكميات تجارية وايضا لديها حصص تم الاتفاق عليها مؤخرا مع بعض الشركات .....
اذا يا أخي وبناء على ماتم توضيحه فهذه الشركة لا تشكل أي حافز لأي مستثمر بالاستثمار فيها حاليا وهذا في اعتقادي هو السبب الرئيسي لعدم ارتفاع سعر السهم ......
أما لماذا يستمر سعر السهم في التراوح ما بين 0.0001 و 0.0002 فيعود كما وضحوا لك الأخوان تريدر والسبيعي الى ما يعانيه السهم من شورت من قبل الماركت ميكرز .....
هذه طبعا يا أخي في اعتقادي انها الأسباب وأنا وضحتها لك باختصار شديد جدا ..... حيث أن أسباب نزول سهم وارتفاعه تحكمه عوامل كثيرة جدا وليس فقط الخبر الجيد .....
شكرا لأسئلتك يا أخي التي أعتقد بأنها أضافت الكثير ووضحت أمور للبعض .......

Exploration is being aggressively pursued within the Fort á la Corne area in central Saskatchewan, where the company holds mineral claims to more than 1.4 million acres.
One of the largest known kimberlite clusters in the world.
130 of the 2000 kimberlite pipes known worldwide are macro-diamond bearing. 23 of these are located in the Fort a la Corne district of Saskatchewan.
80% of Saskatchewans' kimberlite pipes are diamondiferous.
50% contain diamonds over one millimeter in size.
A high percentage of diamonds recovered are clear, inclusion-free and exhibit good crystal form.
Pipes said to have erupted under inland sea and therefore have not been exposed to weathering or glaciation.
Pipes lie within 300 feet of surface.
Area accessible by paved all-weather road, with water and power readily available.
Studies indicate cash operating costs of $10.50 per tonne, including overburden removal.
Saskatchewan government encourages mining in the province.
The Province of Saskatchewan is situated in the heart of the Canadian prairies. While Saskatchewan's population is relatively small, it's natural resources are enormous. Saskatchewan is a world leader in potash and uranium mining, with over 30 mines in operation. CMKM Diamonds Inc. is a company involved in the exploration for diamonds in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan.
Exploration is being aggressively pursued within the Fort á la Corne area in central Saskatchewan, where the company holds mineral claims to more than 1.4 million acres.
One of the largest known kimberlite clusters in the world.
130 of the 2000 kimberlite pipes known worldwide are macro-diamond bearing. 23 of these are located in the Fort a la Corne district of Saskatchewan.

The James Smith Cree Nation Reserve encompasses 50 square miles of land near the Fort á la Corne Diamond Fields. Club Members CMKX Update
Many have asked me if I am still solid on my believe CMKX is going to
succeed. I would like to respond to the emails I have received by
sending out this letter to club members.
Since I bought CMKX many months have passed by and I am still holding
my position in CMKX. I have no intentions of wavering from my stance
I took many months ago believing that CMKX is a "once in a life time
play". Opportunities such as CMKX don't come around very often. I
don't know if I will ever have this opportunity again. I am holding
believing something major will eventually take place for myself and
my club members that have invested money and time in CMKX.
CMKX has had many developments since I first bought last
March/April. They have drilled on more then one kimberlite. They
have produced stock dividends for shareholders. They have acquired
more claim properties. They have acquired vested percentage
interests in various companies ranging from diamond claims, Uranium
properties to gold properties in South America. I don't look for CMKX
to slow down taking percentage interests in other properties
throughout South America or Canada.
Currently CMKX has been very quiet. Since the party in Las Vegas one
press release has came out on CMKX about buying back 75 billion
shares, assuming they retired those shares back to the company
treasury. This approximate three months of quietness is testing the
emotions of shareholders. Rumors and dates of expected news continue
to be present and rumor dates missed.
Today GEMM In conjunction with Diagem announced, "Jan. 27, 2005--
DIAGEM INC. (TSX VENTUREGM - News) - An indicated resource of
1,000,000 carats built up over the years has been developed by the
end of 2004, on Property 1000. The property is held jointly by DIAGEM
INC. (DGM) of Montreal, Quebec, Canada (51%) and JUINA MINING CORP.
(JMC) of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (49%).
CMKX shareholders need to realize we own 24% of GEMM and 22.5% of
USCA who owns 51% of GEMM. It's known that diamonds bring $100 to
$125 per carat, some diamonds bring as high as $500 per carat
depending on size and quality.
On the kick side of all this I would ask myself if a merger with USCA
is in the works? If no merger with USCA then why so quiet? On the
other side of the rumor I can ask if we are going to have some type
of reporting coming out of CMKX soon? I listened to GeorgeBurns last
night at our paltalk room talk about a possible 10SB which is not a
fully reporting status but would give everyone an in depth look at
the history, OS and current structure of CMKX. Anyone of these two
scenarios would make me happy.
Yes club members my resolve is still in tact and I am not selling my
position. I will hold until Urban Casavant makes his move bringing
us forward into our next step to become millionaires. Yes I still
believe shareholders are the New Age Miners of the Twenty First
Century. I still believe I will leave a legacy for my family's
generations to come about how their great grandpa hit the glory hole
via the stock market. Does that sound crazy? Lets all see how this
turns out over the next year or longer.

And I can tell you that top notch NY securities firms will charge a FORTUNE for their services. If the caliber of NY firm today's PR hinted at is truly a respected NY law firm, then something huge is likely brewing IMO.
The fact that a company without revenues yet and is pink sheeted is finding the money to hire a true NY law firm to ensure proper filing with the SEC and is NOT doing it by offering up shares IMO means something has happened where they need their ducks lined up completely in a row. This will be expensive and somebody obviously wants this done right. In all my years of investing in penny stocks, the only ones I have ever seen actually go anywhere are the ones that hire a Big 5 Accounting firm and a truly national, reputable law firm. In business, they say your two best allies are a d**n good accountant and a d**n good lawyer. Believe it.
In my opinion, today's PR was far more substantial than many may ever realize. Most every scam or questionable penny stock will 99% of the time go with a "biased" lawyer who is on the take or likely recommended to them by the slime financiers that are dumping their millions of shares. The fact that they are suddenly stepping up to the plate and bringing in a top tier NY securities law firm (assuming this proves to be true) means that something very serious is on the table that requires this level of precision and integrity.
This is all just my opinion but I feel pretty strongly about it. 15 million shares and willing to buy more next week if it remains in the 3-4 cent range. I will return to give my commentary on their law firm selection once it is announced. Good luck to everyone.
I once owned a penny stock at 60 cents. I sold it at 20 cents after feeling burned. It went to 25 dollars. I had 100k shares. People do and can get very, very, very powerfully wealthy off of one great pick. If CMKX has the goods to back everything, this might indeed be a once in a lifetime opportunity. If the law firm they use is truly a top-tier NY firm, this will be an awfully large hint as to the bigness of the company's news and plans in my opinion

I will try to Explain the actions of JEFF this past few weeks and the connections it will have to the OS, UCAD, Nevada Minerals and CMKX.
First of all there are a few things you must Know or have a good Idea about.
Nevada Minerals Held 66% of UCAD on 7/17/2004 (Fact)
UCAD had 8.5m shares in the float (Fact)
Urban Casavant and or friends held the entire OS Plus some shorted shares (I will use 300billion as the Number of shorted shares) (speculation)
Nevada Minerals will hold 75 billion shares of CMKX (fact)
the Public Float for CMKX will be 40b (speculation)
Urban will hold 120b CMKX (speculation)
Now with these things in mind, lets see how they fit together.
The following will be what I SPECULATE may be or could happen.
To explain JEFF and his actions of late we must speculate that UC had in his possession 300b or more of the short issue. This gave Urban some pretty good leverage. I believe that Urban, at some point, sold 200b shares of CMKX to Nevada Minerals for $20m. As part of the agreement Nevada Minerals agreed to sell the shares back to UC at no more than .0004 depending on the pps at the time of buyback. Part of the agreement also gave Urban the exclusive Voting rights to those 200b shares (Proxy). I believe that this is when the AS was raised to 500b.
I think that D. Roger Glenn and E&A were then hired to help Urban Move the 200b from Nevada Minerals and the 300b shorted shares in a manner that would do the least amount of harm to the company and CMKX shareholders.
UC through E&A comes to an agreement with the DTC, SEC and MMs for the MMs to purchase back the 300b shorted shares he holds @.0004. He then Buys back the 200b shares from Nevada Minerals at .0004. Then he retires 160b shares and gives the remaining 40b to the MMs to use to cover what is left of the Shorted issues. All these transactions needed to go through the open market for accountability reasons.
Now a little math here to see how dividends and Racing could be paid for without UC spending a dime.
First the original 200b shares he gave Nevada Minerals for $20million
Then he sold back the 300b shorted shares he bought at .0001 for .0004 a profit of $90 million
Now he buys back the 200 billion from Nevada Minerals at .0004 $80million
That's a net profit of $30million for CMKX and a net Profit for Nevada Minerals of $60 million both of which are non reporting. one is a pink sheet and the other is a Private company. Both are now on the Funny car.
Now then, Lets work on the Share structure. First lets look at Nevada minerals and UCAD.
On 7/17/2004 Nevada Minerals Owned 66% of UCAD I estimate that Nevada minerals held 17 million shares of UCAD with a float of 8.5 million.
On 7/19/2004 UCAD Issued 7.5 million shares to CMKX. Now Nevada Minerals holds only 51.5% but still controlling interest.
Now some speculation based on my own DD on UCAD.
UCAD is in the process of moving to a bigger board and will need to increase their Float to be liquid enough to trade freely. I believe that a forward split of 3-1 will be needed. this will make the float+shares issued to CMKX 48million and Nevada minerals holdings 51 million the AS for UCAD is 100million so as you can see this would only leave 1 million of the AS.
After the 3-1 forward split (which I believe will happen before the August 20th div date) CMKX will now hold 22.5m shares of UCAD for Div . as stated in one of the latest PRs, "Due to Casavant's share contribution to the property acquisition by CMKM occurring prior to the Aug. 20, 2004, date, Casavant will not receive this or any subsequent dividend." ( I believe that this is all inclusive) Urban has taken his shares completely out of the picture for the purposes of computing any and all Dividends.
Now we know that Nevada Minerals is going to get 75 billion shares And I believe based on the Number of CIM/CMI shares that are being pledged that our Float will be 40billion so for Urban to hold the company he would have to have more than 115billion shares.
Now with the shares eligible for the dividend at 115 billion and using 22.5 million dividend shares you get 195 shares per Million CMKX. now 75b shares of CMKX held by Nevada Minerals x 195per 1 million CMKX comes to 14.6 million shares add that to the 51 million currently held by Nevada Minerals and they now have 65.6 million shares. WOW is that not where they started with the remaining 1 million of the AS that was not issued that gives Nevada Minerals back their 66% ownership in UCAD but now they have 5 to 15% joint ownership of all of CMKX Claims. that means that UCAD increased their position in the mining world at ZERO cost.
Ok So what's in this for CMKX?? well it is simple in addition to the 60% interest in the 500k acres, if Nevada Minerals still has the 75 billion CMKX shares on August 31st then we have to divide the CIM/CMI shares (40billion) up between 115b shares. This just simply won't do, IMO, Both UCAD, Nevada Minerals and CMKX want CMKX shares to go up in value. I think Between the August 20th and August 31st date you will see a PR stating that Mr. Casavant has agreed to repurchase the 75billion shares from Nevada Minerals to be retired or that Nevada Minerals has agreed to forgo any further dividend on their restricted CMKX shares possibly even retire them. Thus taking them out of the equation for computing Div. so each CMKX share will get 1 Share of CIM/CMI.

WOW is that not where they started with the remaining 1 million of the AS that was not issued that gives Nevada Minerals back their 66% ownership in UCAD but now they have 5 to 15% joint ownership of all of CMKX Claims. that means that UCAD increased their position in the mining world at ZERO cost.
Ok So what's in this for CMKX?? well it is simple in addition to the 60% interest in the 500k acres, if Nevada Minerals still has the 75 billion CMKX shares on August 31st then we have to divide the CIM/CMI shares (40billion) up between 115b shares. This just simply won't do, IMO, Both UCAD, Nevada Minerals and CMKX want CMKX shares to go up in value. I think Between the August 20th and August 31st date you will see a PR stating that Mr. Casavant has agreed to repurchase the 75billion shares from Nevada Minerals to be retired or that Nevada Minerals has agreed to forgo any further dividend on their restricted CMKX shares possibly even retire them. Thus taking them out of the equation for computing Div. so each CMKX share will get 1 Share of CIM/CMI.

أعتقد الذي دي . روجر جلين وإي & أي ثمّ إستأجرَ لمُسَاعَدَة التحرّكِ الحضريِ 200 b مِنْ معادنِ نيفادا والـ300 b shorted أسهم في a إسلوب الذي يسيئُ إلى أقلّ كميةِ إلى الشركةِ وحَمَلةِ أسهم سي إم كْي إكس.
يو سي خلال إي & أي يَتوصّلُ إلى اتفاق مَع دي تي سي، إس إي سي وإم إم إس لإم إم إس لشِراء الظهرِ الـ300 b shorted يَشتركانِ في هو يَحْملُ @.0004. هو ثمّ يَشتري 200 b أسهم مِنْ معادنِ نيفادا في. 0004. ثمّ يَتقاعدُ 160 b يَشتركُ فيه ويَعطي البَقاء 40 b إلى إم إم إس للإسْتِعْمال للتَغْطية ما تبقّى مِنْ Shorted يُصدرُ. إحتاجتْ كُلّ هذه الصفقاتِ للمُرور بالسوق المفتوحةَ لأسبابِ المسؤوليةِ.

على 7/19/2004 يو سي أي دي أصدرَ 7.5 مليون سهمَ إلى سي إم كْي إكس. الآن عوائق معادنِ نيفادا فقط 51.5 % لكن ما زالَ يُسيطرُ على الإهتمامِ.
الآن بَعْض التخمينِ مستند على دي دي ي الخاص على يو سي أي دي.
يو سي أي دي في عملية التَحَرُّك لa اللوحة الأكبر وسَيَحتاجُ لزيَاْدَة طوفِهم لِكي يَكُونَ سائلَ بما فيه الكفاية للمُتَاجَرَة بحرية. أَعتقدُ بأنّ a يُرسلُ إنشقاقَ 3-1 سَيَكُونُ مطلوب. هذا سَيَجْعلُ الطوفَ + أصدرتْ الأسهمَ إلى سي إم كْي إكس 48 مليون وحصص معادنِ مليون نيفادا الـ51 أما بالنسبة إلى يو سي أي دي 100 مليون لِكي أنت يُمْكِنُ أَنْ تَرى هذا تَتْركُ مليون 1 فقط ك.
بعد إنشقاقِ 3-1 الأمامي (الذي أَعتقدُ سَيَحْدثُ قبل جزء من العشرينِ أغسطس/آبَ div تأريخ) سي إم كْي إكس سَيَحْملُ الآن 22.5 m أسهم يو سي أي دي لDiv. كما هو منصوص في أحد آخر بي آر إس، "بسبب مساهمةِ سهمِ Casavant إلى إستملاكِ الملكيةَ بحَدَث سي إم كْي إم قبل أغسطس/آبِ 20, 2004، تأريخ، Casavant سوف لَنْ يَستلمَ هذه أَو أيّ حصة لاحقة." (أَعتقدُ بأنّ هذه كُلّ الشاملون) حضرية أَخذتْ أسهمَه بالكامل خارج الصورةِ للأغراضِ لإستعمال حاسبات أيّ من وجميع حصصَ.
الآن نَعْرفُ بأنّ معادنَ نيفادا سَتَحْصلُ على 75 بليون حصّةِ وأنا أَعتقدُ مستندة على عددِ سي آي إم / أسهم سي إم آي الذي يُتعهّدُ ببأنَّ طوفنا سَيَكُونُ 40 بليون لذا لحضريِ لحَمْل الشركةِ هو يَجِبُ أَنْ يَأخُذَ أكثر مِنْ 115 بليون سهم.
الآن بالأسهمِ مؤهّلِ للحصةِ في 115 بليون ويَستعملُ 22.5 مليون حصةَ يَشتركُ فيك تَحْصلُ على 195 حصّةِ لكلّ مليون سي إم كْي إكس. الآن 75 b أسهم سي إم كْي إكس حَملتْ بمعادنِ نيفادا x 195 لكلّ مليون 1 سي إم كْي إكس تَجيءُ إلى 14.6 مليون سهمِ تُضيفُ تلك إلى الـ51 المليون حَملتْ حالياً بمعادنِ نيفادا وهم عِنْدَهُمْ 65.6 مليون سهمُ الآن. النجاح الباهر بأنّ لا حيث بَدأوا بالباقٍ المليون الـ1 كذلك لَيسَ مُصدَرةَ التي تُعيدُ معادن نيفادا ال66هم % ملكية في يو سي أي دي لكن الآن عِنْدَهُمْ 5 إلى 15 % ملكية مشتركة كُلّ إدّعاءاتِ سي إم كْي إكس. ذلك يَعْني بأنّ يو سي أي دي زادَ موقعَهم في عالمِ التعدين في صفر كلّفَ.
