Hey everyone, long time lurker, first time poster. Just waiting for CMKX to hit big! And trust me it will. I am very close friends wiht some people up in Canada and believe me, I know a lot of whats going on up there. Some stuff I can't say because I don't want to get in trouble, but GOOD THINGS are happening with CMKX and the whole region in general! Were close, that's all I can say for now.
I know someone that is directly related to URBAN. The company is keeping very quiet right now and for my safety and the safety of the stock I will as well. All I can say is CMKX is working extremely hard right now to find diamonds. The filing is almost complete, and once it is they will release information that will blow you away, and blow this stock price through the roof!
USCA is on the list, we all knew it would be. CMKX has been shorted to death. It has been cellar boxed. CMKX will be trading fairly once it files, and is on the SHO list. Why invest in anything else?

When CMXK files, we will move.

When CMKX files, there will be a flurry of prs that have been postponed due to the self imposed quiet period. Andy reportedly stated that CMKX is not going to release any info at this time that would add to the value of CMKX. It has been stated numerous times that big money is setting on the sidelines waiting until we are fully reporting. I have heard this from Ed Donough (sp) at the Dallas races myself. With the money waiting and the prs indicating value and drilling updates, no MM will be able to hold this down now that SHO is in effect.

SHO is not what will move the pps. It is what will keep the MMs from driving the price back down..

August Focus Stock Update

CMKM Diamonds Inc. (PK: CMKX)

The Green Baron Report has never altered its positive outlook since initiating coverage of CMKM Diamonds as a fully profiled stock back in August of 2004. Although the stock has vastly underperformed since our profile price of .0004, the company has paid out three stock dividends to shareholders since this profile in the way of restricted stock. We still believe the value of these stock dividends will surpass the price paid initially for CMKX stock.

Our patience has been tested with CMKM Diamonds, but we still remain more positive than ever. We are confident that CEO Urban Casavant and attorney Roger Glenn have worked out a plan that involves several different options to benefit shareholders. The Green Baron Report believes that paperwork to complete its filing has been completed, but must be approved by the auditor’s compliance department before it is submitted. A company spokesperson is now stating that new information is “close”. It is now up to CMKM Diamonds to prove us right, and make this “The Stock Play of a Lifetime”.

We normally do not comment on postings that occur on the message boards, but we must state that comments by KSBRADLEY on Raging Bull that we are predicting a major PR tonight are not accurate. Hopefully this doesn’t sound too cliché, but if it is not reported in our newsletter or directly from one of our partners, then it is not officially from us. None of our partners from Evergreen Marketing, Inc. or The Green Baron Report are permitted to post on the message boards.

here is a clue, alot are found around lakes. we are just not about diamonds, but gold silver, copper zinc, nickel, and alot of metals.

charles fipke had 15 diamond finds, we have hundreds, they went to $66.00 a share., now what can we do?

just 15 kimberlites, thats it. all fipke had.. we have a bunch.

and your forgetting our super kimberlites. 2 of them.

and, i know mining.. and a self taught geoglist...

when i saw our ecuador pic's, i was excited, that baby is rich..and i wrote about it..

craptalk, a guy i know written me, and some thought that was just water.. and he was concerned.

i had to laugh, i saw that gold vein, silver, copper suflide.. i just laughed.. craptalk, just idjuts.

man, that american mine is going to be good to us.

أما بالنسبة لموضوع شركة دي بيير وهي أكبر شركة الماس واحجار كريمة في العالم فقد طلعت اشاعات قوية على نيتها لشراء هذه الشركة ... وفي كل الحالات إذا طبقوا النظام الجديد لتغطية الشورت فالسهم تو دا موون ...

definetely have the vise on the mm's and that the paper work is just
about done all we need is for Roger to give it a final look and also
the appropriate people like Urban to give it a final look and away it
goes!!!!!!!!!!!
he also said that he thinks that we should see a .0002 bid and .0003
ask by the end of the week and that the PR about the 75 billion was a
HUGE PR and should be taken as such. it was aslo a psychological PR
for the mm's!!!!!!!!!!
thats about it for now i wish i had more but i dont!!!

oh, he also said that we probably wont see another PR till the
filing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats about it, i spoke to andy yesterday, here on yahoo messenger. he basically told me same.. we are close. and that's as close you can get.

the filing is the bombshell, then its pr's.

like burns wrote, a company that retires 10% of their stock is huge

and that shows, the o/s just got alot smaller.

imagaine microsoft, announcing a 1 billion retirement, 10%, that stock would fly..

you know, shorty just got screwed... all that was retired. another big whoops, i screwed up

because i know, they shorted the hell out of us, when the nevada deal was annonced.

now, lets start flying

The SHO list keeps shrinking [USCA]

On December 13, 2004 Bear Stearns held a conference call to address the newly created Regulation SHO. At the time of this call, Bear Stearns was stating to member participants and clients that the list of “would-be threshold securities”, as provided by regulators, exceeded 1000 issuers. The demographics of the threshold list consisted of 50 – 60 NYSE, 100 AMEX, 100 NASDAQ, and 800+ OTCBB and Pink Sheet Securities.



The list of 1000 in December of 2004 has suddenly shrunk by nearly 500 firms now that the list is made public. Remarkably, the 500 firms that have suddenly disappeared are all securities listed in the “highly illiquid” OTCBB and Pink Sheets trading centers. The NYSE names listed on December 13, 2004 are the very same we see on the list today. The names presented on the NASDAQ traded securities for December 13, 2004 are also the same as what we see recorded today. However, the names on the OTCBB listed securities have all been changed. They have all disappeared. Many being those listed securities fighting the naked shorting wars in Federal and State courts.
