HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 25, 2007 -- International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. is listed on the Pink Sheets OTC securities and will be trading under the symbol of (Other OTC:IMMN.PK - News).
The Company's management is shared with its affiliate sister company, Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. (Other OTC:CWRN.PK - News). Robert L. Cotton Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of both companies.

International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. was a concept company for mandate of Magnetite Iron Mineral Reclamation Projects; as such, the company signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Quantum International of Houston, Texas simultaneous and un-announced with the previous publicly announced signing of a Joint Venture between Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. and Quantum International. Failing to secure the mineral recovery rights to the Mount Mayon, (Philippines) discharge of Magnetite Lava/sands, management in consultation with Quantum International decided to change the company's intended mandate, and pursue other iron mineral exploration and development projects outside the area of operations of Cotton & Western Mining, Inc.

Over the past two months International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. has been actively conducting exploration and geological investigations of several iron mineral deposits; the company has found two such projects that meet certain mandated criteria for export development and one iron mineral deposit for domestic development.

At the request of Quantum International, three junior iron mineral mining operations will be opened to meet the iron ore export needs of Quantum International. Production schedules are designed to meet the available loading and shipping capacity of the ports within the area of operations; therefore, three mining operations were needed in lieu of one large mining operation. CWRN will continue with its Philippines undertaking and IMMN will develop mining operations in other locations. Quantum International has agreed to fund the development projects and off-take all finished products under the terms and conditions of the Joint Ventures.

"Our loyal shareholders will be rewarded by our plans to dividend a yet to be determined ratio of percentage of ownership, paid in shares of IMMN to the CWRN shareholders of record. Cotton, President & C.E.O. of Cotton & Western Mining, Inc., announced today that the company has completed a reorganization and reverse split of 500:1 effective June 26, 2007. The Board of Directors believes that this action will increase shareholder value. The stock split will not change shareholders' existing proportionate ownership.

The two companies have each executed joint venture agreements with Quantum International of Houston, Texas for project development financing and off-take of finished crude iron ore fines.

Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. will be operating iron mine in the Philippines with expectations of completing infrastructure and permitting before the end of July 2007.

International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. will be operating iron mine in North America with expectations of completing infrastructure and permitting before the end of August 2007.

For reasons of confidentiality and to reserve the rights of the companies to change development planning, names and locations of iron mineral mines shall not be disclosed to the public until actual operations begin. At the request of Quantum International, three iron mineral mines will be put into production before the end of year 2007. Quantum International has committed to $18,000,000.00 for initial mine development.

Under the terms and conditions of the joint venture agreements, CWRM and IMMN each shall be responsible for its mining operations, and selection of iron mineral leases to exploit, while Quantum International shall be responsible for all funding and finished product contract sales.

Quantum International has initiated its first off-take agreement with Changzhou Saiten International Trade Co., Ltd. of the People's Republic of China for off-take of 70,000DMT (Dry Metric Tons) of Concentrated Crude Iron Ore Fines. Changzhou Saiten International Trade Company has through the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) issued a Non-operative DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit) in an amount equal to the first shipment of finished product plus or minus ten percent (10%). The DLC shall become operative thirty (30) days prior to the loading date of the finished product.
