NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2006--
Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), announces that on September 5, 2006, Universal Express and Global Trucking fully completed its formal closing for the Miami Florida Airport Trucking Company with revenues in excess of $4,000,000.
