Universal Express Completes Final Phase of HANDLES-06(TM) Technology

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 2006--Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP - News) completed the final phase of their customer management system, HANDLES-06(TM), which provides the company with greater usability and increases performance. It actually integrates Luggage Express, Virtual Bellhop, Postal Courier Association, Postal Nation and now Mad Packers. HANDLES-06 will make it easier to access customer and transaction data. It will also provide detailed reports previously not available to customers who utilize our services.
