fraud class action lawsuit on behalf of those investors who acquired the securities of GlobeTel Communications Corp. (AMEX:GTE - News) during the period December 30, 2006 to April 11, 2006. The lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and names as defendants GlobeTel and certain of its top ranking executives.

According to the complaint, the Defendants issued several statements during the Class Period which touted the consummation of a $600 million deal with a Moscow-based company named LLC Internafta to install wireless networks in Russia's 30 largest cities. The complaint alleges, however, that the Russian deal, like so many of GTE's other business ventures, was in reality a sham.

MOSCOW (Dow Jones)--Russian company Internafta, which defaulted on a $600 million deal with U.S. company GlobeTel (GTE), has only $369 in charter capital, Vedomosti newspaper reported Saturday, citing tax authorities.

The paper also said the address which the Federal Tax Service gave for the company contains only a warehouse of metal-producing company Metalloinvest-Market - which claims to never have heard of Internafta or its managers, chief executive Yevgeni Yevtukhov and founder Maksim Chernizov.

Internafta, which promised to invest $600 million to construct a wireless communications network in Russia with GlobeTel, defaulted late April on the agreement, causing the U.S. company's stock to plummet and leading to shareholders filing a lawsuit against GlobeTel, accusing it of fraud. Vedomosti reports that Internafta was registered as company only on Nov. 30, 2005, or exactly one month before it entered into the deal with GlobeTel.

Centerline Reaches Profitability, Trending Toward Target $350K Per Month Net Profit

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 11, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (AMEX:GTE) announced that its Centerline Communications LLC subsidiary has reached profitability as of May 10. Given the second quarter performance and its trending, this places Centerline on a pace to exceed its $350,000 per month net profit by the end of June.

Timothy Huff, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel, stated, "Centerline has continued its transition from its low margin off-net traffic to its state of the art VoIP direct route network, which it continues to grow. This traffic has significantly increased margins of approximately 7%. Centerline not only provides bottom line profit to GlobeTel but also provides a low cost telecom component to our other business units. We have stated our short-term goals in the April 10 press release and remain confident we will reach these goals. Centerline's profitability is the first stepping stone in a long line of accomplishments that the company is striving for in the second and third quarters."

Centerline, GlobeTel's International Wholesale Carrier business, buys and sells large blocks of calling minutes with particular origination and termination points. In some instances, it enters into agreements with established international telephone carriers to deliver international calls into their domestic telephone networks for termination to the parties being called. Additionally, it bulk purchases minutes to specific destinations and packages them for resale to individual and business customers. Beginning in July 2004, GlobeTel began to migrate these operations from the parent company to Centerline and its units. By June 2005, all telecommunications equipment had been consolidated into the Los Angeles switch site, and continual consolidations have resulted in improved margins.

الشركة عليها مشاكل وقضايا وبنفس الوقت هناك اخبار جيدة مع اقتراب موعد اعلان النتائج !!

يعني اختلط الحابل بالنابل .. هل هو تصريف ؟؟... هل هي ابر بنج حتى لا يبيع من يملكها ؟ ... هل هناك قفزة بحدود 1 - 1.60 $ حته وحدة ؟؟


مغامرة كبيرة ومبهمة وغير واضحة

يعني مبدأ السلامة اولى لمن هو خارج لعبتها :)

مغامرتي بالسهم لن تكون بمبلغ كبير ( مبدأ امشي عليه من زمان )
اذا عطاني 20% اليوم بكون ممنون وشاكرله :)

فعلا غريبة :)

صعدوا الى الهاي 1.14

وبنفس الطريقة اللي صعدوا فيها رجعوا كسروا التدعيم عند 1.10 !!


اذا ما حافظ على ال 1.10 واغلق فوقها اليوم فاعتقد ان هناك انهيار لا عودة فيه

الان اشوف صراع قوي على محور ال 1.10
