سعر السهم يعادل 13 فلس قبل التخفيض علما ان اقل سعر وصله السهم قبل كورونا وقبل تخفيض راس المال وتسوية اوضاعه المالية 16 فلس!!!
تخفيض رأس المال وترك السهم لمضارب يتلاعب بحلال المساهمين غير مقبول!!! التخفيض تسبب بضرر كبير للمساهمين ووافقنا عليه لان القرار شمل تخفيض وزيادة راس المال ولم نوافق على التخفيض لوحده
ننتظر العموميه الحين والمعلومات الجوهرية التي تم الاعلان عنها وان شاء الله ما تطول السالفة ويتركون السهم يستغله المضاربين بهذي الطريقة
هل من المقبول شركة تشتري اسهم بلندن بحدود ١ دينار للسهم الواحد وسعر سهمها بعد تخفيض نصف راس المال ٢٦ فلس؟؟؟
ندري الادارة الحالية لم تشتري هذه الاسهم لكن اعتقد من الممكن تتخارج منها او تقيمها وتعيد ادراجها ضمن الميزانية على الأقل!!
وموضوع المحكمه بعد شنو صار عليه القضية مرفوعه من 2019

Heavyweights join Board for next generation theme park

The London Resort, a global destination theme park located on the Swanscombe peninsular, Kent, due to open in 2025, has today announced a change to the composition of its board to address the next phase of the Company’s capital raise with two new board additions and two board departures.

The London Resort will be the UK’s first next generation theme park and entertainment destination, covering 535 acres, creating 30,000 jobs and transforming a brownfield site into a vibrant leisure, commercial and employment destination.

The new board members are;

• Frank Baker CMG OBE, a native son of Dartford with global experience. His wide ranging diplomatic career saw him serve in Washington in 2003 as the Foreign and Security Policy Counsellor in the British Embassy and then as British Ambassador to Kuwait, Iraq and Libya before embarking on a career in renewable energy and political and commercial risk management.
• Ahmed Al Aiban is a highly experienced and respected professional who was instrumental in the growth of EY in the Middle East as Executive Chairman. Among many other roles he served on the board of the Kuwait Investment Authority from 2017 until 2021, serving as a Member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Leaving the board are Abdulla Al Humaidi, whose brother, Dherar, remains on the board representing the family. Also leaving the board is Ayman Chit (former KEH Group CFO). The restructure represents the outcome of a corporate governance review ahead of significant institutional capital investment.

Commenting on the new members of the board, Steve Norris, Chairman of London Resort Company Holdings, said: “I am delighted to have been joined by professionals of such calibre and experience.

“The combined experience and contacts of the group will provide us with invaluable strategic counsel and we are thrilled to have them on board.”
