China Mobile Communications Group spun off from China Telecom and became an independent service operator in April 2000.

The company was created under a government policy to break down monopoly of China Telecom and bring about a more competition.

China Mobile has a registered capital of 51.8 billion yuan ($6.2 billion) and 300 billion yuan ($36.1 billion) in asset.

China Mobile has become the largest telecom company after recent restructuring with 37.4% of total telecom revenue. China Mobile employs some 114,000, including the Hong Kong subsidiary (about 39,000).

واعتقد ان السوق الصيني سوق واعد وقد يكون افضل من السوق الأمريكي في في الفترة المقبلة لبعض الشركات

من الناحية الفنية لاتوجد اشارة شراء الآن

لاكن لو وصل السعر الى 11.20 سأكون أول المشترين

من الناحية الأساسية الشركة جيدة للأستثمار لمدة طويلة لوجودها في سوق واعد
