What is the required supplemental information?
We do require additional forms of ID to activate your account:
1 Government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport
1 Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or phone bill
All forms for the above submission can be found and filled out on our website at
http://www.fxsol.com/fxsol_clients/manage_account.asp and then faxed to 201-345-2520 or
scanned and emailed to administration@fxsol.com.
Note: If opening a Joint Account each applicant needs to provide the aforementioned IDs.
If opening a Business Account, the primary account holder and all authorized parties need
to provide the aforementioned IDs.
What’s next?
Important: In order to activate your account for trading it will also be necessary for you
to fund your account. You can do so by five methods:
Online Check
Wire Transfer
Check by Mail
PayPal
Credit Card
Note: Regardless of the funding method you choose, the originator of the funds must always
match the name listed as the Customer on the Account.

To transfer funds from another broker to your new FX Solutions account, complete the Transfer of
Account Authorization Form visit, http://www.fxsol.com/fxsol_clients/manage_account.asp
Open foreign currency positions cannot be transferred.
Once your account is funded, you will receive an email message containing your User Name and
Password, so you can start accessing your account.
