price target of 22.5 p/e for the next fiscal year

times 15
give us price target i think we will see in next 3 years

I will put lowest earning estimat for next fiscal year
between mean estimates for multex
morgan stanley
s&p

then i will multiply eps estimate times 15
and times 22.5

that's mean
there is 3 price target
1)eps of 2000(most of the stocks)*15
2)next fiscal year eps *15
3)next fiscal year eps*22.5

if the stock price at or below no 2
strong buy
if the stock price at or below no 1
strong buy/buy
if the stock price at or below no 3
buy

this my opinion and may i am wrong
