الحقيقة أنني منبهر أولآ بعمق التحليلات الفنية ووجود مستثمرين قادرين على فهم السوق الأمريكية-
لي طلب بسيط منكم وأنا متأكد من أنكم لن تتردوا في تقديم أفضل الأسثشارات . حاليآ أنا مشترك مع Scottrade.com ولإنني أعيش حاليأ في آميركافإنني اقوم بدفع الضرائب. احد الإخوان ذكر لي انه يمكن لي أن افتح حسابا من نوع معين اعتقد انه مع شركة datek بحيث لا أدفع ضرائب, ان كانت لديكم اية معلومات أكون من الشاكرين جدا

انا اعيش نفس وضعك واود ان اعرف ان كانت الضرائب اجبارية ام لا للمقيمين في امريكا .... واذا كانت اجبارية فما هو الـ form المطلوب تعبئته لانهم بصراحة عندهم مليون فورم فياليت تعطينا خبر عن نوعية الفورم المطلوب لمن هم في مثل وضعنا .... اما فيما يتعلق بسؤالك فابغى اقول لك انه اذا النظام الامريكي يلزمك انك تدفع ضرائب كونك على ارضه فما اعتقد انها راح تفرق من بروكر لاخر .... هذا رأيي واحتمال اكون غلطان ...

Nice to hear that yo want to do your taxes
what i would reccommond is to go to one the Tax filling offices, for example, JACKSON HEWITT. There are so many tax service offices. just go there and take all of your statemnts that you get from your broker.
i hope that helps.
as for whether being on the united states or not, i think there is a difference. if you are not American residnece, i do not think you have to pay taxes.

I'm really confused. Some people say that students don't have to file their taxes as long as they don't get any income from the American government and others say that as long as you're doing business while you're on the American soil it's obligatory that you pay taxes for whatever income you get. I mean, they consider investing as a form of income that you need to pay taxes for regardless of whether you're a student or not. From your experience which of the two is the right to do

TO be honest with you, i would do the tax just to be in the safe side. However, you have to realize that you may end up paying a huge amount of money if you made some gains!!! this is the reason you should look for a smart Tax specialist who can recduce such an amount. However, if you lost soem money, as the case with me, the Amercian governoment pays you soem money. About 70 dollars.
But let me tell u this. One of my friends has an account with Datek and he told me there is a special kind of account that allows him to get a tax free service. he lives in Riyadh by the way.
