("Advanced Battery" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: ABAT) during the period between March 16, 2009 and March 29, 2011, inclusive (the "Class Period").
No class has yet been certified in the above action. Members of the Class will be represented by the lead plaintiff and counsel chosen by the lead plaintiff. According to the complaint, after, on March 30, 2011, an analyst firm called Variant View Research issued a detailed report revealing the adverse information to the market, the value of Advanced Battery's shares declined significantly.
