PharmaBio has agreed to purchase ~2.4 mln shares of the co's common stock and warrants to purchase ~1.2 mln shares of common stock for gross proceeds of $0.5 mln. Each common share, together with a related warrant to purchase one half of a share of common stock, was sold at a unit price of $0.21. The warrants have a five year term and are exercisable at an exercise price of $0.273 per share of common stock
