NEW YORK, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On2 Technologies, Inc., The Duck Corporation, (Amex: ONT - News) today announced that Macromedia has licensed On2 Video technology for integration into its Macromedia Flash family of products.

The Macromedia Flash Player is the most widely deployed online video player, reaching close to 100% of all Internet-enabled desktops. Through this agreement, hundreds of millions of Internet users will be able to experience the quality and features of On2 Video technology.
On2 also announced today in a separate press release that it has entered into a purchase and license agreement with Wildform, Inc. regarding the Flix(TM) Flash video encoder technology. On2's video compression technology will be incorporated into this line of products.

Our deal with Wildform regarding its Flix encoding tools allows us to jumpstart this process with outstanding software, an existing customer base, and the best Flash encoder available on the market today.
