3. Will it mount to a rifle? No, this one fits in the palm of your hand.
4. Is it waterproof? No, this unit should be treated similarly to a handheld camcorder, no water.
5. Are the lenses interchangeable? No, this unit was designed only to be used with the lens assembly that it comes with.
6. Where was this night vision monocular made? Russia
7. Realistically, how far can i see with this in darkness? When outside, with ambient light from stars and moonlight, you can see about 275-300 feet: terrestrial. When you look to the sky you can see to infinity. While indoors (pitch black) with the use of the infra-red illuminator you can see about 75-80 feet. You guys: these are accurate REAL WORLD measurements, if anyone else tells you a number that is significantly higher than this for GEN-1 night vision...they're LYING TO YOU
