DynTek Awarded IT Security Products and Services Agreement Valued up to $5 Million
IRVINE, Calif., Apr 22, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- DynTek, Inc. (Nasdaq: DYTK, DYTKP, DYTKW), a leading provider of technology, management and cyber security solutions to the state and local government sector, today announced that the Company has been awarded a direct agreement from a major metropolitan city to provide security related technology and services.
While the agreement makes no financial commitment, DynTek's anticipated annual revenue for the city's specific products and services is up to $5 million. Through the new DynTek agreement, all city agencies have the ability to engage DynTek directly to purchase specific security related solutions as well as professional IT security services and consultation.
