What you see is that there were a few major 50,000 share sells, it was not extraordinary. The big sell off happened starting at 11:12am this morning and it involved mostly smaller investors. I wondered why this would happen so quick. We all knew that the share deal announced at 11:12 am was coming. Look back to the news on March 10, 2004.

While it is easy to say this is an over-reaction of the market, the fact that almost 94 million shares traded today means that it will hold this level. I see maybe .26 to .28 in the coming weeks, but this is a situation that was only reversible had someone been there to buy in as others were dumping. Buyers did not kick in until .20.
Is it a great value at current levels? Yes. Is it likely to recover to the .39 level it was at when recommended a week ago? Yes, but not in days or weeks. More likely months. I see this as an over correction, and I think it is likely to retrace about 50% of the losses in days.
This is the best take on it that is possible. The market does strange things at times. This was one of the strangest. If you has said to me a delisting announcement is going out at 11:12 am on Monday, I would have said .28 was absolutely the lowest.
