Xynergy Corp. Announces Expansion Plans for Second Quarter

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2004--Xynergy Corp. (OTCBB:XYNY - News) announced its goals and plans for expansion during the Second Quarter of 2004. "We are happy to say that our energies and resources will be directed toward more acquisition activities and the further development of our cosmetics line, `Raquel of Beverly Hills'," commented CEO Raquel Zepeda. "The opportunity to finance this expansion has presented itself and we are taking full advantage of it."
Current market conditions have propelled many privately held companies to seek public status via the umbrella of holding companies such as Xynergy. Having been approached by several companies interested in acquisition opportunities, Xynergy will review every viable acquisition candidate to increase the Company's assets. "We are getting calls daily from private companies wanting to go public through a holding company such as ours," explained Ms. Zepeda. Viability of acquisitions will be determined primarily by the targeted company's profitability.
"Raquel of Beverly Hills" cosmetics will be launched in Summer 2004, using a direct sales marketing approach. Consisting of color, skin care, and fragrance, "Raquel of Beverly Hills" products will be featured in its exclusive catalogues. The Company is now seeking sales leaders in this industry to promote the line.
Xynergy will engage public relations professionals as well to assist in the Company's visibility in the marketplace. "Our goal, as always, is to enhance shareholder value through communication of Xynergy's efforts and achievements in its ascent to success," commented Ms. Zepeda.
